Calibre Search are looking to speak with experienced Retrofit Coordinators who would be interested in joining a growing Architecture Practice based just outside of Manchester.

Due to growth and expansion into new work and services, the Architect Practice have now opened up a new department offering full Retrofit services in making sure everything is complaint to PAS 2030/2035 Standards.

You will be working closely with one of their main Directors covering their various large-scale social housing regeneration projects implementing cutting-edge energy efficiency measures. Projects ranging from 30 - 150+ properties to innovative solutions like fabric upgrades, renewable energy systems, and building appliances, you'll play an important l role in shaping sustainable housing for the future.

They're happy to consider people with relevant Retrofit experience, ideally they are looking to speak to accessors/coordinators with at least a level 5 AIM Qualification in Domestic Retrofit Assessment but other qualifications will be considered.

This is a brilliant position if you like the idea of carving a career in specializing in retrofit work and even have the chance to become integral to this new department in the coming years.
