We're seeking a Reward Advisor with strong experience, ideally within a partnership environment, to provide critical support on key reward projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the business in reward matters
- Support and drive reward projects, including annual salary and bonus processes
- Collaborate on global benefits, salary benchmarking, and cyclical reward programs
- Assist with salary surveys, benefit renewals, and reward-related invoicing
- Provide insights on reward and benefit data, identifying key trends and improvements
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
What You'll Need:
- Previous Reward Advisor experience, preferably in a partnership environment
- Expertise in employee benefits administration and reward processes
- Strong communication and Excel skills, with a focus on data analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously
