Sales Administration and Quotation Specialist

Halecroft Recruitment is excited to partner with our client in their search for a dedicated Sales Administration and Quotation Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service, by effectively managing client quotations and supporting various departments. If you are detail-oriented, proficient in communication, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients on incoming RFQs (requests for quotes) 
  • Review and process client information using the MRP system
  • Obtain missing information or clarification from clients.
  • Complete client quotations in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with supply chain to obtain best pricing and stock availability
  • Assist Production Team Manager and purchasing department as needed.
  • Complete training on MRP and SAGE CRM system.
  • Manage ad hoc activities as required.
  • Answer the phone when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Meticulous attention to detail in document creation and review.
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with a flexible and proactive nature.
  • Self-disciplined and efficient.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Basic electronic component knowledge preferable but not essential.
  • 5 GCSEs grade 5 and above.

Location: Wythenshawe (Office based)

Hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
