Salary: £21,500 - £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (Guarantee for First 3 Months) OTE £35-40k

Location: Manchester City Centre - fully onsite

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

Our client is seeking a passionate and committed Telesales Executive to join their industry-leading team. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £25k with uncapped commission and a quarterly bonus, potentially earning £35-40k annually.

What you'll do:

As a Telesales Executive, your primary role will be to connect with senior leaders in organisations, introducing them to our client's products and services. You will generate opportunities and set appointments for live demonstrations of their products. Your proactive attitude towards working to targets will be key in achieving success in this role. You will also be responsible for actively building, managing, and maintaining your pipeline while meeting monthly and quarterly appointment setting and revenue targets.

* Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's services

* Arranging demonstrations of the service with Wellbeing Consultants

* Actively building, managing, and maintaining your pipeline

* Achieving monthly and quarterly appointment setting and revenue targets

* Carrying out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team

What you bring:

* Graduae/Postgraduated any degree

* Have worked for 12/18 months in service industry

* Experience in hospitality, retail or any other fast paced evniorment

* Previous experience in sales or lead generation
