Your new companyThis manufacturing business based in Wythenshawe is seeking a sales support coordinator to join their team. They're a well-established company offering a lot of training and development.Your new roleYou will be responsible for the end-to-end order process including inputting orders onto the in-house system, handling customer queries via email and phone, dealing with invoices, updating customers with deliveries and providing updates on their deliveries, providing quotes, handling price escalations, speaking with suppliers and factories and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working in a sales support role will help you succeed. Ideally, you will come from a technical background such as manufacturing or engineering. You're a great communicator and have an excellent telephone manner. You're organised with excellent attention to detail, and you can easily pick up new systems and have experience using CRM or ERP systems. You're also able to access the site in Wythenshawe from Monday to Friday as this is a fully office-based role.What you'll get in returnYou will receive an excellent salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience.
