THE MID/SENIOR UX DESIGNER ROLE:

  • Design visually engaging, responsive websites from concept to final high-fidelity designs.
  • Work closely with the team to create modern, user-friendly websites for a variety of clients.
  • Bring a strong portfolio showcasing branding and graphic design skills.
  • Have a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Understand user experience principles and contribute creative solutions to design challenges.
  • Build and maintain structured design systems with reusable components.

MID/SENIOR UX DESIGNER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • UX/UI design experience with a strong web and mobile portfolio.
  • Proficient using Figma - skilled in prototypes, design systems, and reusable components.
  • Strong design fundamentals -typography, branding, layout, and responsive design.
  • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong communication - confident in client calls, feedback, and presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for design.
  • Happy to work independently or within a team.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Stay up to date with design trends.
  • Experienced in motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping.
  • Basic HTML & CSS understanding.
