Key Responsibilities:- Design modern, responsive websites and digital assets.
- Work collaboratively with developers and designers to deliver high-quality projects.
- Lead client calls, gather requirements, and present design solutions.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and reusable components in Figma.
- Ensure designs align with branding, typography, and accessibility standards.
- Solve complex UX challenges, optimising user journeys.
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design systems.
- Strong grasp of typography, branding, and responsive design principles.
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Confident communicator, able to lead client meetings and present ideas.
- Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects.
- Passion for pixel-perfect design and UX problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for collaboration.
- Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and their application in UX/UI.
