- Competitive salary, up to 70k for Senior Associate level
- Hybrid working 1-2 days in office per week
- Complex, Multi-Track and high value quality serious injury work
- Manage own caseload of multi-track cases and lower value cases as required.
- Assist more senior fee earners with high value/catastrophic injury cases.
- Delegate tasks, supervise work and provide constructive feedback where appropriate to paralegals and trainees.
- Participate in Business Development activities and help build the firm’s reputation in the external marketplace.
- Build and develop professional networks and relationships in the local region.
- Good working knowledge of Personal Injury law and claimant experience.
- Qualified with experience to Associate/ senior Associate level
- Fast-track and Multi-track experience.
- Experience in using a case management system.
- Passionate and committed to helping those affected by injury.
- Experience in Business Development (desirable).
