The firm are currently recruiting for a Serious and Catastrophic Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive to join this growing firm, working flexibly from home and their locally serviced offices, who would handle a Personal Injury caseload of multi-track cases and to assist more senior fee earners with high value/ catastrophic injury cases.The position has opened up due to a long-standing excellent reputation and high quality work leading to a string of successes for the firm. You will be expected to come in and hit the ground running, working seamlessly as part of the existing team with the ability to: 
  • Manage own caseload of multi-track cases and lower value cases as required.
  • Assist more senior fee earners with high value/catastrophic injury cases.
  • Delegate tasks, supervise work and provide constructive feedback where appropriate to paralegals and trainees.
  • Participate in Business Development activities and help build the firm’s reputation in the external marketplace.
  • Build and develop professional networks and relationships in the local region.
Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Personal Injury law and claimant experience.
  • Qualified with experience to Associate/ senior Associate level
  • Fast-track and Multi-track experience.
  • Experience in using a case management system.
  • Passionate and committed to helping those affected by injury.
  • Experience in Business Development (desirable).
