We are seeking an experienced SME account handler to join an established team at an independent broker in Manchester city center.
The role involves being the key contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service in addressing their insurance needs.
Responsibilities include liaising with clients and insurers via telephone and email, as well as maintaining accurate paperwork in the system.
Candidates should have experience in dealing with mid-term adjustments (MTA's) and renewals.
The position offers a competitive salary, with a requirement of prior relevant experience in the field.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced SME account handler to work within an established team for an independent broker in Manchester centre.You will be they key contact to clients to ensure the highest level of service in supporting with their insurance needs:

Liaising with clients and insurers by telephone and email
Ensuring that paperwork is accurate and up to date on the system
Dealing with MTA's and renewals
