Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
- Use telephone sales, marketing techniques and networking to attract new business.
- Maintain a structured sales approach with both existing and prospective clients.
- Promote high-quality candidates across various industries, including Telecoms and M&E.
- Build and maintain a contractor database, ensuring consistent growth.
- Achieve personal KPI targets, including decision-maker calls, booked meetings and lead generation.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of industry-specific value propositions.
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Utilise CRM processes to track and analyse client engagement.
- Conduct business development presentations and follow up on hot leads.
- Attend corporate hospitality events to strengthen business relationships.
- Negotiate effectively, applying a strong "feature/benefit" sales approach.
Telesales Executive Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Previous telesales or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Interest in recruitment or sales.
- Motivated, competitive, and eager to progress within a growing company.
