Are you a dynamic professional with a background in law, professional services, or a membership/professional body? In response to a world where law firms are turning more and more towards Value-Add initiatives to set themselves apart from competitors, our esteemed client, a friendly, down-to-earth law firm, is seeking talented individuals to join their team as a Value-Add Manager. This role offers the flexibility of a temporary/contract-to-permanent or permanent position, tailored to suit your career aspirations. They are looking for a Value Add professional that is based in the regions (Nottingham, Birmingham and Manchester) or London and there is a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.This is a brand new role, so it offers an exciting opportunity for someone to make this their own and in time potentially build out their own team. You will be the lynchpin of various departments listed below, bringing everything together and making sure the firm can and does deliver on value-add initiatives they pledge to at the point of framework bidding. You'll be liaising with individuals ranging from the bids team, framework managers, D&I teams and client relationship teams, among others. Despite having a presence in so many departments and functions, this role sits in the client relationship function and fundamentally is a client relationship management role. However, you will need strong project management skills and be able to deliver on the value - adds through effective communication both internally and externally. If you're a driven individual and have taken projects from scratch and built and delivered on them we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and success.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events that promote the firm's services and foster client engagement.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on value-add activities, including event statistics and feedback.
  • Training: Delivering training sessions and webinars.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, client relationship management, business development, marketing, and event management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with partners and key clients internally and externally.
  • A confident manner with the gravitas to engage with senior stakeholders and clients, with an ability to challenge partners when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
