Role Overview: As an Insolvency Practitioner, you will take responsibility for managing and overseeing a high volume of IVA cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering excellent client service. You will take appointments and work closely with a team of insolvency professionals, providing leadership and expert advice to ensure the smooth running of cases. Your role will be key in ensuring the business maintains its reputation for efficiency and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a large portfolio of IVA cases from appointment through to closure.
- Take appointments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of case administrators, providing guidance and support.
- Review and approve IVA proposals, ensuring they meet both client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with creditors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
- Stay updated on insolvency legislation and best practices to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with experience in a volume-driven IVA environment.
- Proven ability to take appointments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
