£21.50 per hour x 42 hours = £46,956 per year

Location: Lytham St Annes

Shift pattern: 3 x 12-hour clinical shifts (8am to 8pm) + 1 x 6-hour supernumerary shift

This particular service in Lytham St Annes provides Dementia Care for 33 residents, supported by a dedicated and highly skilled team.

Deputy Manager Duties:

- Support the manager in the day-to-day running of the home

- Ensure high-quality care is provided to all residents

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance with standards

- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans

- Manage medication administration and ensure accurate record-keeping

- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for residents

- Handle any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Deputy Manager Requirements:

- Registered Nurse with a valid PIN

- Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC Code of Practice

- Proven track record of person-centred care planning

- Experienced leader and mentor

- A passion for delivering high standards of care
