About the Role

As a Curriculum Manager, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage curriculum teams to deliver innovative, high-quality programmes that address local, regional, and national skills priorities.
  • Plan and Deliver: Develop and implement a responsive course offer that empowers residents to gain skills, progress in learning, and move into meaningful employment.
  • Collaborate and Partner: Build strong relationships with employers, community groups, and stakeholders to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and impactful.
  • Drive Quality Improvement: Ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment through effective quality assurance processes, meeting national standards and funding body requirements.
  • Teach and Develop: Deliver outstanding teaching and professional development to support staff and learners in achieving their goals.
  • Strategically Manage Resources: Oversee budgets and data systems to maximize efficiency, inform planning, and achieve excellent outcomes.

About You

  • You hold a PGCE/Cert Ed or equivalent teaching qualification and have substantial, recent teaching experience.
  • You are an experienced leader who can motivate and inspire teams to deliver excellence.
  • You excel at strategic planning, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making.
  • You have a proven ability to collaborate with partners, manage resources effectively, and adapt to a dynamic and evolving educational landscape.
  • You are committed to continuous improvement and promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal access in education.
