A highly reputable law firm based within Manchester are seeking a Health & Safety Manager, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous experience working as a Health & Safety manager, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role, with occasional travel to Birmingham and Exeter, and a salary of up to 65k!
Within this role, you will be responsible for the hands on day to day operations relating to health and safety. You will be liasing with external H&S consultants and any relevant local teams, implementing health and safety policies, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, organising training for employees, investigating any incidents on site and reporting, DSE assessments, internal auditing, maintaining H&S records, staying on top of industry trends and any other ad-hoc tasks when required.
The successful applicant will have demonstratable experience as a Health and Safety Manager previously within a professional services environment, Level 5 H&S or equivalent is preferable for this position.
