The Role

As the QSHE Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate their quality, safety, health, and environmental programs for event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems (ISO 9001), conduct inspections, monitor quality metrics, and manage supplier quality
  • Safety Management: Implement health and safety processes (ISO 45001), conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and provide safety training
  • Environmental Management: Maintain an environmental management system (ISO 14001), monitor environmental performance, and implement initiatives to reduce impact
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards, develop compliance programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and represent the company in audits
  • Training and Communication: Develop and deliver QSHE training programs, communicate policies and best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain QSHE records, prepare performance reports, and ensure timely regulatory compliance in reporting

The Ideal Candidate:

They’re looking for someone passionate about maintaining high standards in the live events industry. About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA).
  • Proven QSHE experience, ideally in the events industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for event production and equipment handling.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
