The Role

As their Health & Safety Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of three Health & Safety administrators.

  • Oversee all Health & Safety duties for their extensive portfolio in Manchester.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with current legislation.

  • Provide training and support to staff to promote a culture of safety.

  • Liaise with external contractors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the leasehold residential management sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective safety measures.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
