Role :General Manager (Build to Rent)

Location :Manchester

Salary : £55,000 + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Represent the brand by providing exceptional service to residents, prospective tenants, contractors, and visitors.

Leasing & Administration Remain on-the-pulse to contribute to a dynamic marketing & leasing strategy.

Team Management and Development Inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business plan and embody the companys vision and values.

Facilities Management Work with the wider team to ensure compliance with current regulations.

Property Management Drive continuous improvement across the building, implementing new policy as required.

Person Specification:

Relevant experience managing teams (e.g. hospitality, residence-based, student accommodation)

Financial experience managing forecasts, budgets and P&Ls

Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture

Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills

High level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills

IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
