Our flagship site is our largest, and were looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead this high-energy, fast-paced venue to success.

The Role:
As the General Manager of our biggest site, you will be responsible for the overall operations and success of the restaurant. Youll be a strong leader who can inspire a large team, drive exceptional customer service, and deliver operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about food, people, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a large team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
Ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
Maximise profitability by driving sales, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement business strategies and initiatives.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses and community partners.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Lead by example in promoting the values of the brand.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
