The Role

This position is working for a leading injection moulding company. You will be responsible for the day to day running and efficient manufacturing, assembly, stocking and quality of all component parts associated with the company’s portfolio of products. Managing staff across all functions within production.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Components Production Director in every aspect of running the Component Manufacturing Division.
• Managing staff across all functions within production.
• Oversee and create scheduled plans for the efficient running of all departments within the Component Division.
• Ensure production targets and objectives are achieved.
• Utilise internal stocking system for production planning / scheduling throughout all departments.

The Candidate

• Adventitious to be from an injection moulding environment.
• Must be from a manufacturing setting.
• Good communication skills
• Experience of production planning, supply chain management, monitoring sales orders / stock, forecasting for future demand of new and existing products.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Understanding of tooling.
