Job Scope:

We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and manage complex care packages, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful transition, start-up, and continuity of complex care services. In this role, you will manage a team of nurses and case managers, driving the delivery of person-centred care while ensuring the well-being of individuals is prioritized. You will advocate for improvements and handle complaints and safeguarding matters effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex care packages with clinical interventions and ensuring holistic service delivery
  • Leading a team of nurse and case managers to coordinate and deliver care packages
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act
  • Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and support for the team through mentorship and reviews
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including ICBs, commissioners, and clinicians
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the healthcare market, with a focus on commercial awareness

Do you have?

  • A passion for putting people first and maintaining high standards of care
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A motivated self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Experience in managing complex care packages with clinical interventions (e.g., spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, MS, MND)
  • Experience in upholding compliance in-line with CQC regulations and industry legislation such as Health and Social Care Act and Care Standards Act
  • Experience in managing healthcare teams, including case managers and nurses
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car for work
