Are you a CQC Registered Manager with a passion for providing high-quality care? Our client is looking for a Supported Living Service Registered Manager to join their team. They specialise in supported living services and accommodation for a diverse range of service users. This role involves working collaboratively within the management team and travelling within Manchester and nearby areas.

Our client is a leading provider of supported living services, committed to delivering person-centred care to vulnerable individuals aged 18-65 from various cultural backgrounds. They focus on helping service users live with dignity and purpose through high-quality support and care.

As a Supported Living Service Registered Manager, you will:

  • Assist with set up and registration procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Conduct assessments and assist in safeguarding service users.
  • Support service users and their families to meet their physical, mental health, and social needs.
  • Update care plans, carry out risk assessments, and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Lead and manage care staff, ensuring they are qualified and up-to-date with required training.
  • Delegate for the Company Director in establishing the company and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance under CQC KLOEs.
  • Prepare weekly KPIs and ensure the company meets financial and operational targets.
  • Grow the business and adhere to Local Authority contracts.

The ideal Supported Living Service Registered Manager will have:

  • At least 3 years of care management experience.
  • Experience in tendering, spot purchases, and dynamic purchasing with local authorities.
  • Proven track record with high outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
  • Experience providing culturally sensitive care.
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to cover on-call service.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and working towards Level 5.
  • Full clean UK Driving License and own vehicle.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong leadership, management, and organisational skills.
