We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant at our vibrant school in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for early childhood education and possesses specific experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering educational activities and structured play, tailored to EYFS and SEN requirements.
  • Support individual children with SEN, ensuring their educational and developmental needs are met.
  • Collaborate with EYFS teachers and SEN coordinators to implement effective learning plans.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all children.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required to enhance professional development and contribute to the school ethos.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant within an EYFS setting.
  • Specific experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Education or a related field is preferred.
