Salary Range: 27 - 32ph (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Floristry (level 2 and 3).
- Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Travel and Tourism.
Requirements:
- A HNC in Animal Care or above and relevant industry or education experience.
- Prior teaching or training experience is desirable.
- A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential - Experience will also be considered.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
