The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working as part of a team to provide support for children who have fallen behind their peers and require additional support.  You will be working on a 1-2-1 and small group basis, delivering interventions and providing support with literacy and numeracy, helping pupils to reach their full potential.

The Candidate
This position is suitable for a Graduate who is looking to gain experience working in a school setting as a Teaching Assistant prior to embarking on their PGCE. This role requires a graduate with excellent communication skills, an abundance of patience, and a passion for education. You will be working with Key Stage 2 children providing 1-2-1 and small group support in the classroom setting. Previous experience working with children is desirable, however not essential for a graduate with the right attributes.
