Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic Film and Media Studies teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding sixth form college in Manchester.

This is a full-time temporary supply teaching role from January 2025 to June 2025.

The Role

Teacher of Media Studies AQA A level and Film Studies AQA A level

Five days a week

Calm confident behaviour management skills where students can share beliefs in a safe supportive environment.

A flexible teacher able to adapt lessons to a broad range of abilities, beliefs and cultures.

An enthusiastic media studies specialist who encourages and develops analytical skills and an understanding of bias and strong writing skills.

The academy are interested in hearing from early career teachers or experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching Film and Media Studies to students aged 16 to 19.

  • Have the legal right to work full time in the UK with no restrictions
