We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants with proven school-based experience to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. You will work closely with the teaching staff to ensure students receive tailored support, enabling them to succeed academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
  • Support with classroom preparation and resource organization.
  • Foster positive relationships with students to enhance their learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Essential: A minimum of 1 year of school-based experience within the UK.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their development.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SEN and strategies to support diverse learners is an advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Pay:
95.00 - 130.00 per day, depending on experience.
