The Role

We are a newly opened club in Manchester city centre, looking for friendly and energetic Hosts to join our team.
As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive.
Please note, this role will involve handling and serving alcoholic drinks.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and be the first point of contact.
- Escort guests to their reserved areas for darts, shuffleboard, and bar/lounge seating.
- Manage table bookings and wait times efficiently.
- Ensure all guest needs are met with professionalism and a personal touch.

The Person
· Outgoing, hardworking, and customer-focused.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in hospitality or using booking systems is beneficial, but not essential.
· Committed to delivering excellent service with a smile.
