The Role:

As a Graduate Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals in either the Insolvency Administration or Property Receivership Administration team. You will gain hands-on experience in managing cases, developing technical expertise, and working directly with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Insolvency Administration:

  • Assisting with the preparation of statutory documentation and reports.
  • Supporting case managers in the progression of corporate and personal insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and voluntary arrangements.
  • Liaising with creditors, debtors, solicitors, and other stakeholders to manage casework.
  • Conducting financial investigations and preparing reports on findings.
  • Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.

Property Receivership Administration:

  • Assisting with the appointment process for property receiverships.
  • Liaising with property agents, solicitors, and lenders to manage the portfolio of cases.
  • Supporting the management and disposal of distressed property assets.
  • Preparing detailed reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and professional regulations.

  • Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
  • Attitude: A proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
