The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Assets, Environmental and Compliance team for an Voids Co Ordinator. For the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme and 25 days' holiday, (rising 1 day per year of service up to 30 days) and a non-contributory healthcare cash plan.

The post holder will provide support with a full range of administrative and clerical services including:

* Coordinate and manage the void process from tenancy termination to property re-let/sign-up stage.* Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, stakeholders and in-house maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of works.* Monitor and report on void performance metrics.* The entry and maintenance of data and records regarding services delivered by the team.* The preparation and distribution of written communications to contractors and stakeholders.* To support the delivery of maintenance / servicing programmes of work by undertaking administrative duties to process high volumes of appointments.* To show commitment to the highest standards of service delivery.* To work with colleagues and across teams to implement new ways of working
