Description

  • Facilitating HR processes and responding to inquiries in Dutch and English
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Coordinating and supporting employee onboarding and training programs
  • Keeping up-to-date records of personnel data in the HR system
  • Assisting in the management of employee benefits and compensation schemes
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics
  • Participating in HR projects and contributing to continuous process improvements
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless interdepartmental operations

Profile

A successful HR Administrator - Dutch Speaking should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
