Your New Role

A welcoming, fast-paced public sector organisation currently seeking a HR Coordinator, with strong data & systems experience, to join their busy team on a permanent basis. As HR Co-ordinator, you will be part of a close-knit HR team, providing comprehensive HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, working closely with the wider HR and OD team.

You will manage the HR System (Cascade), showcasing a strong knowledge of the system, and take responsibility for all HR data management and reporting.

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line support and advice on People and Culture policies and low-level ER queries.
  • Managing the central People and Culture inbox, responding to queries efficiently.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns by uploading adverts, organising interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Onboarding, including HR inductions.
  • Provide support in ER meetings, in a note-taking capacity.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and administration of benefits, including pensions.
  • HR Data Reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate systems and data, operating as systems superuser. (Cascade)
  • Completing all People and Culture administrative processes in line with established policies.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Operational HR Co-ordination/administrative experience, throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience utilising/managing a HR system (Cascade desirable).
  • Experience in HR data management and reporting.
  • Ability to build relationships and coach managers through key processes.
  • A friendly, open, and positive attitude, with flexibility and determination to complete all tasks.
  • Proficiency in utilising Microsoft Excel.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
