Civil Manager

I am working alongside a leading regional groundwork and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a civils manager due to an increase in their order book. My client deliver projects ranging from basic groundwork to large scale infrastructure and transport schemes.

Civil manager responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.
• Overseeing all site operations.
• Ensuring projects are being delivered to budget, program and the highest health and safety standards.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance to specification, drawings, construction standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, local authorities and site teams.
• Maintaining health and safety standards.
• QA/ QC.
• Writing RAMS.
• Maintain welfare standards.

Civil manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS - Gold/ Black.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• NRSWA.
• Previous experience working on NEC contracts.
• Full UK driving licence.
