The position of Divisional Manager (M&E) is available as a full-time permanent role in Manchester City Centre, offering a salary between £40K and £50K depending on experience.

40K-50K DOE (OTE 90-100K in the first year)

Are you a dedicated M&E Recruitment Consultant looking to progress or an experienced Divisional Manager?

We are actively looking for your skills! Our client is offering a great basic salary, with a very realistic OTE of up to £100k in your first year.

We are seeking a consultant who does not need to be driven by KPIs but has the maturity to maximise your own potential earnings. The Senior Recruitment Officer’s key skills:

A minimum of 3 years experience recruiting within the industry
Experience in leading a team
Goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service
Has the ability to build strong long-lasting relationships
Experience in resourcing candidates from many different sources i.e. databases, referrals, job boards, social media, etc.
The ability to maintain up-to-date records on the internal database at all times
The ability to identify repeat business opportunities
Excellent written and communication skills
Proven track record in working towards targets and exceeding these
Have a proven record as a team player
Have excellent presentation skills with a positive outlook
