About the job
You will provide pension and benefit advice to our clients and their employees, including:
- The 'on-boarding’ of new clients.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to develop your portfolio.
- Being the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients.
- Helping employees engage with and benefit from their employer’s benefit schemes.

About You - Qualifications and Experience
- You will have experience in Financial Services (pensions and employee benefits).
- You need at least 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment managing clients, including creating and maintaining good relationships.
- If you have a degree, that will be great but good A levels will be fine too.
- If you already have some Financial services qualifications that would be brilliant but not essential, but you will be willing to learn and pass professional exams.
