Description
- Design and implement global reward strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Manage the annual reward process, including salary reviews and bonus calculations.
- Ensure reward policies are compliant with international regulations and best practices.
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective communication of reward programmes.
- Analyse market trends to ensure competitive reward packages.
- Lead on reward projects and initiatives as required.
- Provide expertise on reward issues to the wider HR team and business leaders.
- Manage relationships with external reward suppliers and consultants.
Profile
A successful Global Reward Specialist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of reward strategies and policies.
- Expertise in managing reward processes and projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and trends.
