We are seeking a Global Reward Manager, to execute and develop reward strategies within a market leading international company.

Description

  • Design and implement global reward strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Manage the annual reward process, including salary reviews and bonus calculations.
  • Ensure reward policies are compliant with international regulations and best practices.
  • Work closely with HR teams to ensure effective communication of reward programmes.
  • Analyse market trends to ensure competitive reward packages.
  • Lead on reward projects and initiatives as required.
  • Provide expertise on reward issues to the wider HR team and business leaders.
  • Manage relationships with external reward suppliers and consultants.

Profile

A successful Global Reward Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reward strategies and policies.
  • Expertise in managing reward processes and projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse market data and trends.
