Offering a HR Manager the opportunity to not only have exposure to every aspect of HR, director liaison and projects, it's also giving you the reins on making key HR business decisions.
A full 360 generalist role, you must be ok with getting stuck into the nitty gritty as part of the HR team of 3, but also being the senior member of the department when it comes to the legalities, new policies and decision making.
They require a HR professional who is CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum, they will also fund CIPD Level 7 if you wanted to continue with studies. It requires someone with a background of HR Generalist expertise and operating at senior/ manager level, they want you to really run with this role and put your own stamp on it so it's imperative you have the experience to be able to do that.
They promote a flexible way of working, once training is complete, you can work 2-3 days from home per week, study support, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (and increasing by 5 after every year of service), annual company bonus, plus flexible working hours on a full time basis.
