Why do they have this role?The current HR Manager is to be assigned to a project for 6 months. As a result of this, an opportunity has arisen to join their friendly and enthusiastic HR team in an interesting and varied role as an interim HR Team Leader. The HR Team Leader will report to the Director of Human Resources and will line manage a Senior HR Assistant and 3 x HR Assistants. Their team’s vision is to provide an efficient, professional and customer focused HR Service, supporting the Group in attracting, recruiting, developing, & retaining the best talent as well as being a great place to work.They are looking for a friendly, professional and hardworking individual with the ability to effectively manage staff and experience of managing HR operational processes. The ideal candidate will have HR experience working in education with an in-depth knowledge of carrying out safer recruitment employment checks in an educational or other public sector organisation.   • 40 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays) pro-rata for the 6m. Christmas is shut down so 7 days required to be taken then.
