Key Responsibilities:• Payroll• Employee Relations• Performance Management• Talent Attraction and Management• Learning & Development

Knowledge & Expertise:• Excellent working knowledge of Sage payroll systems• CIPP or CIPD qualification preferred. However, the ability to demonstrate previous experience gained in this role or a similar role would be considered• Good understanding of RTI• Managing an HR and or Payroll Team (Shared Services)• Excellent working knowledge of Auto Enrolment processes• A good understanding of NLW and NMW compliance• Private Medical, Travel Insurance and Life Insurance

Experience:• Payroll and HR Management experience within a fast-paced department• Experience of using Sage 50• Experience in managing a small team/having direct reports• Ability to build a rapport quickly with key members of the executive team• strong interpersonal skills, relationship building and team working• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Attention to detail, good analytical approach• Good organisational, prioritising and IT skills• People-focused
