HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in South Manchester, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the recruitment process, from job postings to conducting interviews
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Payroll
- Producing contracts and offer letters and conducting right to work checks
- Casework and ER including advising line managers and employees daily through face to face support
- Supporting on HR projects when required
What are we looking for?
- Previous HR Advisor/Officer or Coordinator experience
- Experience handling ER case work
- Confident dealing with line managers and employees in face to face meetings
- Experience handling the full recruitment lifecycle
- Payroll experience
- A background in manufacturing or a similar industry
- Experience working as part of a small HR team
- CIPD, level 3 or 5
