Currently seeking a HR Manager to join them on a FTC (End of March 2025). The role offers the ability to work remotely on a regular basis.

Your New Role

As an HR Manager, you will lead a team of HR Advisors and Assistants, providing strategic support on a range of people-related issues. This fixed-term contract role, running until March 31, 2025, will involve overseeing TUPE processes and organisational restructures. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Managing complex employment relations and change management, including TUPE.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of UK employment legislation and the ability to provide sound advice on people-related issues.
