HR Manager
A leading Electrical contractor specialising in providing temporary site services into the Construction industry, are looking for a friendly HR Manager to work within a dynamic team based in Manchester. Over 300 employees across 6 main depots across the UK and also a site within Europe
The Successful HR Manager will be:
* HR Manager will be responsible for all HR functions and ensure compliance with current regulations across the business, as well as reviewing and updating all HR policies and procedures
* HR Manager will be assisting with booking candidate interviews for managers
* HR Manager will complete the on boarding new candidates
* HR Manager will support the management team with employee disputes, performance issues and recruitment
* HR Manager will approve salary increases and bonuses then advise payroll
The successful HR Manager must:
* HR Manager must be CIPD qualified
* HR Manager will have excellent knowledge of employment law
* HR Manager will be confident working within a busy team where no day will be the same
* HR Manager would ideally come from a construction background
* HR Manager must have an organised and methodical approach to work
HR Manager will be paid up to 55k + Holiday + Pension + Life assurance (3 times salary) after 1 year
