Page Personnel are working with a Public Sector and Government organisation, based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for leading a team of 6 people and should have a strong background in payroll and pensions, ideally in the Public Sector.

The key responsibilities for the Payroll Manager include:

  • Liaising with pensions managers to ensure all records are accurately maintained
  • Managing a team of six

Profile

The successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • In depth knowledge of payroll and pensions
  • Experience managing a team and strong leadership skills
  • Experience working in Public Sector would be beneficial
  • Ability to manage a busy work load
