Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large and growing national business who are looking for a Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead and enhance a team within their recruitment function, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that focuses on candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager who is passionate about employer branding, coaching and upskilling hiring managers and is well suited to someone who wants to influence change and make impact. The role is remote/home-based but the team are mostly based in Manchester/Yorkshire.
What is the role?
As the Recruitment Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring quality hires and a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with key stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to improve service delivery and enhance recruitment strategies. This role involves leading a team of 7 who are partnering with a particular business division, and will drive continuous improvement, and manage recruitment technology to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage recruitment processes, aligning them with business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Provide strategic recruitment insights to senior management, leveraging data analytics to monitor trends, improve processes, and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Oversee and enhance recruitment technology, processes, and talent pipelines to drive efficiency and high-quality hires.
- Manage recruitment budgets and headcount allocation, ensuring compliance with policies, legal requirements, and risk management frameworks.
- Foster a high-performance team culture through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, embedding inclusive hiring practices and reducing unconscious bias.
- Implement strategic recruitment action plans, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to refine and enhance resourcing decisions.
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching, workload allocation, and performance management to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience managing high-performing recruitment teams and driving large-scale change initiatives. They possess deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including both contingent and permanent hiring, and have successfully implemented recruitment technologies and process improvements. With strong analytical skills, they can interpret recruitment data to inform strategic decisions. Exceptional leadership and people management abilities are essential, along with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high service standards.
