What We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a Recruitment Specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of crushing it in recruitment. You’ve consistently hit or exceeded sales targets, and ideally, you’ve got experience managing or mentoring a team. A background in Sales or Tech recruitment - particularly within SaaS - is a big plus, as it’s where we shine.

What You’ll Do

• Drive recruitment efforts to expand our client base and candidate networks.

• Collaborate with our leadership team to refine strategies, smash growth targets, and scale operations.
• Bring your energy and ideas to the table - we want someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches with us.
• Optionally, guide and inspire junior team members as we grow (if team management is in your wheelhouse).

• Ideally experienced in Sales or Tech recruitment, with SaaS knowledge as a bonus.

• Management experience is a plus, but not a must - we value results and mindset above all.
