This global engineering business is looking to appoint a Senior Payroll Manager to join their growing business, with a workforce of approx 4,000 across the UK and ROI. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to work within a friendly corporate organisation. Your new roleYou will manage the UK and ROI payroll, whilst working alongside a small team. The ideal candidate will confidently lead from the front and not be afraid to have a hands-on approach. You will ideally work collaboratively with other finance and HR functions, to influence positive change and implement process improvement/controls.Have a strong understanding of end to end Payroll and UK/ROI legislation knowledge, you will manage the team and workload effectively and have a personable approach with your team.
