We are currently seeking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manger to join a modern, exciting and fast paced leisure brand based in Manchester City Centre! This is an office-based role which is full time and permanent, offering up to 55k a year.
The main responsibilities for this role would include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Implementing and creating recruitment strategies
- Working with internal and external stakeholders and department heads to anticipate hiring needs
- Refining systems, policies and procedures
- Creating job descriptions for roles and best practice
- Working closely with HR
- Managing external relationships with recruitment agencies and other third parities
- Drive the employer brand initiatives
- Providing reporting and insights on recruitment trends and market conditions
For this role you would need to have solid experience working for a big international brand or similar in a senior talent acquisition role.
For this role it is ideal for the candidate to have confidence, resilience, effective multitasking skills and flexibility.
