Katie Bard is partnering with an internationally renowned events powerhouse to find a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager who'll take complete ownership of their recruitment strategy. In this career-defining role, you'll have the creative freedom to build and shape the talent acquisition function during an exciting period of growth and transformation. In this role you will:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the organisation, from crowd-pleasing front-of-house teams to specialist technical production roles.
  • Create and implement innovative talent attraction strategies with a focus on building sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Revolutionise the recruitment process by designing and implementing best-practice frameworks that scale.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and proactively fill business-critical positions.
  • Manage and optimise relationships with recruitment partners to maximise ROI and extend your reach.
  • Spearhead employer branding initiatives that showcase the organisation's unique culture and position in the entertainment sector.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting on recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to the senior leadership team.

Applicants will have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within events, leisure, or retail. Experience of operating in a strategic as well as hands-on role is key.
