Business Change Lead (Outside ir35/ Largely remote with some travel to UK sites
Are you a solid business change professional looking to join a fast paced HR transformation?
If so, I am looking for an experienced Business Change Lead to join a project in the mobilisation stage, which will seek to implement HR modules across the client's UK business.
Skills:
- Previous experience of supporting ERP/HR projects is desirable
- Demonstrable experience of leading business users through a transformative system implementation which has been a big cultural and behavioural shift
- Excellent communication planning and execution skills & experience
- Ability to identify, plan & execute training for business users to support adoption of a new system
- Plan activities to maximise post implementation adoption
